He was predeceased by: his parents, Jerry Allen Culverhouse and Felmer Ann Culverhouse; and his sisters, Elizabeth Ann Cook and Alice Paxton. He is survived by: his children, Mary Shady (Craig) of Marshall and Jerry Dale Culverhouse of Marshall; his brother Joe Allen Culverhouse of Levelland, TX; his grandchildren, Craig Shady, Jr., John Shady (Billie), Amanda Shady and Zach Solomon; his stepgrandchildren, Cory Mitchell (Stacy) and Daisy Renee McCain (Michael); and his close friend Glenda McMullen. He is also survived by nieces, nephews extended family members and friends.
