He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Douglas D. Tipton and Minnie A. Gaddis Tipton; his children, Janet Faulkner, Terry Laughlin and Rogers Tipton (Linda); his grandchildren, Kathleen Tipton, Michael Faulkner, Laurie Delich (Ray), Cameron Kelley (Sadie), Stacy Deason, Jarred Laughlin and Bill; his great grandchildren, Brittany, Dylan, Draven, Grant, Grayson, Tessa, Ally, Logan and Alyiah; his wife Frances L. McInnis; and his brother Joe D. Tipton. He was also cherished by nieces, nephews and extended family.
