She was predeceased by: her husband Colonel James Wimberley Lewis; her parents, Bethel Gillihan and Bobbie Jim Gillihan; her sister Doris Woods; and her niece Donna Carol Lewis Marshall.

She is survived by: her friend Barbara Craig Gillihan Lewis; her children, David Lewis (Sue) and Diana Williams (Jerry); her son-in-law Bronson Marshall of McKinney; her grandchildren, Fonda Smith (David) of Marshall, Jim Lewis (Christey) of Marshall, Wimberley Whiteman (Justin) of Portland, Adam Marshall of McKinney, Jennifer Oakes (Craig) and Jessica Millican (Josh) of Marshall; her great grandchildren, Rylee, Kinlee Smith, Bryce, Glenn Wells, Maelyn, Deacon Lewis, Remington and Colton Oakes; her daughter Donna; and her grandsons, Jerrod Williams, David Smith, Josh Millican and Craig Oakes.

Honorary pallbearers are: Buddy Andrews, Hillard Strong, Jim Bates and Tracey Wooten. *The family will be honored if you are able to attend these times of celebration for Barbara Lewis, but understand that the COVID -19 situation may keep you home.

We so enjoyed knowing her, her smiles, her stories of family, and her prayers for us and our ministry. She faithfully supported us $30 a month for all those years.
