She was predeceased by: her parents, Willie Wingo and Lallie Wingo (Johnson); and her siblings, Kenneth Wingo, Lillie Scoggins, Ethel Hamilton and Ruby Oden.
She is survived by: her husband Marvin Wayne Beloney; her daughters, Pam Beloney Benson (Robert Graham, Sr.) and Patty Beloney Seals (Manuel "Crow" Seals); her grandchildren, Robert Graham, Jr. (Laurann) and Rachel Seals; her great grandchildren, Sydni Ann Graham and Karsyn Cooper; her siblings, Floyd Wingo, Betty Murphy and Martha Kelley (Dwayne); and her brother-in-law Thomas Beloney (Gayle). She is also survived by family members and friends.
