He is survived by: his wife Olga Almeida; his children, Gloria Freeman (Tom), Manuela Velasquez (Juan), Antonio Almeida (Kimberly), Melissa Wamble (Dennis), Diana Choate (Nathan), Armando Almeida (Mariselva), Irma Kuhn (Duane) and Eva Schalles (George); his grandchildren, Michelle Vazquez, Teresa Cruz, Johnny Velasquez, Pablo Cruz III, Meagan Chavez, Jacob Wilson, Jonathan Patterson, Zachary Kuhn, Jordan Patterson, Grace Choate, William Isaac Plotts II, Aidan Almeida and George Winfield Schalles V; and his half-siblings, Juanio Almeida, Graciano Lira Almeida Jr., Jose E. Almeida, Rene Alonso Almeida, Edward Almeida, Maria Yolanda Joyce and Rachel Olson. He is also survived by 8 great grandchildren.
