She was loved and cherished by many people including: her daughters, Treva and Vickie; her husband Billy Bartlett; her parents, Ben Smith and Fannie Smith; her siblings, Jewel Ulch and James Autry Smith; her grandson David Thomas; and her great grandchildren, Jacob and Kylie Thomas. She was also cherished by her grandchildren, her great-grandchildren, her sisters and brothers, and all her nieces and nephews.
She had battled with Alzheimer's and dementia for the last three years followed by a stroke this past year.
