He was predeceased by: his parents, Marvin Winstead, Sr. and Jewel Irene Ritchie Winstead; his sons, Evan Winstead and Marvin Nathan Winstead; his granddaughter Shelly June Clinton; and his siblings, Emma Moon, Lilly Galloway, Betty Lorfing and Jimmy Winstead.
He is survived by: his daughter Debbie Dodd (Kelly) of Cayuga; his sister Dora Shields of Bremond; his grandchildren, Clinton Winstead, Alysha Winstead, Nicole Winstead, Samantha Winstead, Carleigh Winstead, James Robert Padgett and Ashley Pugh; and his close friend Vivian Hall. He is also survived by numerous great grandchildren, a host of nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, December 22nd 2024 from 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM at the McCauley Funeral Home (101 E Decherd St, Franklin, TX 77856). A graveside service will be held on Monday, December 23rd 2024 at 10:30 AM at the Winn Cemetery.
