He is survived by: his spouse Elaine Franklin Trefry; his siblings, David Trefry (Zeny) of Arizona, Mary Long of Washington and Patricia Connally (Keith) of Arizona; his children, Catherine White (Rick) and Thomas Trefry; his stepdaughter Kimberly Cook (Rick); his grandchildren, Jeffrey White, Jason White, Adam White (Lindsey), Cooper Cook and Katie Cook; his great grandchildren, Jordan White, Dylan White, Caden White, Colin White, Blake White and Paige White; and his sons, Nick Simmons, Andy Simmons and Brad Simmons.
