She was predeceased by: her parents, William Hardy and Maggie Hardy; her husband Carlton Adams; her siblings, Gene Hardy, Alyene Bailey and Lee Shockley; her sons-in-law, Otis Wilson and Jerry Christian; and her great grandchild Gaige Burnett.
She is survived by: her children, Billy Adams of Kosse, James Adams Jr. and Wanda Grote; and her stepchildren, Connie Christian, Nancy Wilson of Marlin and Bobby Ray Adams of Dallas. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
