Springston (Marlin, Texas), born in Charlotte, North Carolina, who passed away on June 8, 2018, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Donald Ray Springston; and her brothers, Thomas Hoffman, Jr. and Jeffrey L. Hoffman. She is survived by: her siblings, Myra Hoffman Carter (Daniel) of Dallas, NC, Teresa Carawan Hoffman of Chocowinity and Joey Groves of Wake Forest, NC.; her children, Wendy Elks Godley (Carlton) of Washington, Donna Elks of Raleigh and Steven Marshal "Mark" Elks (Melanie) of Washington; her great grandchild Ezra Luke Elks; her nephew Steele Hoffman; and her nieces, Layla Hoffman, Pamela Keller and Michelle Hamman.
