He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe J. Pavelka and Annie K. Pavelka (Pechacek); and his siblings, Adolph, Johnny, Jessie, Edward, Minnie, Edna and Marguerite.
He is survived by: his wife Nancy Teichelman Pavelka; his daughter Natalie Turney; his son-in-law Scott Turney; his daughter Brenda Ubnoske; his son-in-law Lester Ubnoske; his sons, Keith Pavelka and Michael Pavelka; his daughter-in-law Heather Pavelka; his grandchildren, Nicole Turney Penn (Nathan Penn), Sarah Turney Bay (Nolan Bay), Reece Pavelka, Leslie Ubnoske (LJ Chatterson), Rhett Pavelka and Matthew Pavelka; his sister Alma Roberts; and his in-laws, Vera Reed, Patsy Olson, Palmer, Narcy Teichelman, Molly and Larry Kelinske. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, extended family, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Grace Lutheran Church (432 Houghton Ave, Marlin, TX 76661). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
