It is always difficult saying goodbye to someone we love and cherish. Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Kathryn J. Swinnea (Marlin, Texas), born in Kosse, Texas, who passed away at the age of 101, on January 6, 2021. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Claude Johnson and Florence Posey Johnson; her husband Charles Grover Swinnea; her daughter Carolyn Fairbairn (Bill); and her grandson Shane.

She is survived by : her children, Charylott, Charles (Pam) and Jan Claeys (Greg); and her grandchildren, Heather Phillips (Patrick), Nic Claeys (Catherine), Matt Claeys, Bryan Claeys (Kerry), Sharla Tilley (Jason), Stephanie Kruger (Jason) and Tara Swinnea.

Due to Covid-19, there will be a private family graveside service and a Memorial Celebration to be scheduled when it is safe to have a large gathering.

In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to Kosse United Methodist Church or a charity of your choice.
