He was predeceased by : his parents, John Scott and Addie Mae Douglas Scott; and his sister Vonda Crocker. He is survived by : his wife Linda Scott; his children, Terri Lauderdale (Andy), Tommy Scott (Jean), Rhonda Jones Wood (Morris), Randy Jones (Sheila) and Brian Jones (Cheryl); his sister Emmylou Montgomery (Bill); and his close friend Calvin Henry. He is also survived by his 11 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials go to the Stranger Cemetery, Garrett Cemetery, The Samaritan House, First Baptist Church of Marlin, or your favorite charity.
