She was predeceased by: her parents, Felix Zajac and Mary Zajac (Afinowicz). She is survived by: her husband John Frank Woycheshin; and her children, Mike Woycheshin (Margaret), Chris Woycheshin (Terry), Lillian Lake, Nellie Yezak (Charles), Frances Kinsey and Donna Spelce. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends.
