He is survived by: his wife Juana Benitez of Marlin; his children, Jose Benitez (Rosa), Elizabeth Benitez (Manuel), Felipe Benitez, Jr. (Tash), Lionel Benitez and Belen Benitez of Marlin; and his siblings, Adam Benitez of Marlin, Francisco Benitez of Hempstead, Alejandra Benitez of Houston, Elvia Benitez of Houston and Elizar Benitez of Houston. He is also survived by his wife, 5 children and 13 grandchildren.
