He was predeceased by: his parents, Delbert Jay Miltenberger, Sr. and Rena Mae Toler Miltenberger; his sister Joann Hodges; and his close friend Ruth Paschall. He is survived by: his daughters, Sylvia Ione Taylor Miltenberger and Kimberly Ione Miltenberger Warren; his husband Patrick; his children, Anna Catherine, Abigail Hope of Apex, NC. and Sarah Jo Paszt; his husband E. J.; his children, Elizabeth Grace and Olivia Claire; and also Kimberly.
