She was predeceased by: her parents, Herman Floyd Rohus Sr. and Gladis Mae Marion; her husband Rev. Delton Shifflett; her siblings, Faye Barnes, Rita Stephens and Jay Rohus; and her brother-in-law Rev Aaron "Jack" Ferris.
She is survived by: her son Marc Shifflett of Wills Point; her sisters, Dottie Ferris of South Lake, TX and Linda; her brother-in-law Richard Ussery of Lexington, Kentucky; her sister Ruth; her siblings-in-law, Sammy Savage of Grand Saline, Linda Rohus and Kenneth Stephens of Cleveland, Tennessee; and her close friends, Marion Dennis, Darlene Veasey, Karen Ottinger, Judy Adcock Brooks, Shirley Thomas Parsons and Irene Ward. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
