He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie Radle and Edith Radle. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Radle; his children, David Perkins and DeDe; his son-in-law Shane Martin; and his grandsons, Kellen and Kyler Martin. He is also survived by his family, friends.
