He was predeceased by: his son Stephen Claire Mobley; and his daughter-in-law Sandra Mobley. He is survived by: his wife Leytha Brewer Mobley; his brother Tommy Mobley (Iris) of Washington; and his nieces and nephews, Tommy Mobley Jr., Michael Mobley, Lillie and Lyla.
