He is survived by: his former spouse Billie Marie Smith of Marlin; his grandchildren, Travis Huffman, Tracy Nicole Allen, Natalie Allen Ramsey, Sarah Cantrell Whitaker (Brady) and Kyle Cantrell; his great grandchildren, Kalob Sturgis, Samuel, Ellington Whitaker, Preston and Alaina Ramsey; his wife JoAnn Greensides Palmer Allen; his children, Cathie Lieberum Plumb (Ray "Trey" Plumb, III) of Houston, Bobby Lieberum (Yvette) of Houston and Hilton Lieberum of Houston; his grandchildren, Ray "Bubby" Plumb, IV, Jody Plumb-Gonzalez, Robby, Matthew and Jenny Lieberum; and his great grandchildren, Dylan Gonzalez, Dean, Brooklyn Lieberum, Christian and Angelina.
