She was predeceased by: her parents, Stewart Octavius Waters and Lillian Grace Wallace Waters; her sons, Bernard Wallace Respess and David Wayne Respess; and her siblings, Nelda Grace Respess, Lillian Edna Tracy and Josh W. Waters.
She is survived by: her spouse James Bernard Respess; and her children, James Earl Respess, Timothy Lee Respess, Janet Dale Wallace of Pantego and Linda Kay Williams of Jamesville. She is also survived by nine grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren.
