He was predeceased by : his father Wesley Carthel; and his grandparents, Johnny, Gladys Reager and Cecil Carthel. He is survived by : his mother Jolene Reager (David); his wife Pattie Carthel; his daughter Wendy Myers (Jeremy); his grandchildren, Colten Myers and Amilee Myers (AR); his brother Rodney Carthel (Jaclyn Carthel); his niece Lynsie Carthel; and his nephew Tyler Farco.
