He is survived by: his sister Mollie Martin of Point Blank; his children, Diana Isaac (Mike), Donnie Kopnicky, Vickie Lansford (Richard), Kathy Landry (Keith) and Tracey Grissett; and his grandchildren, Venus Ryman, Donald Kopnicky, II, Nicole Conn (William), Richard Lansford, Jr., Chelsea Ramirez (Michael), Natasha Garza (Hector), Dustin Landry (Amber), Shelbie Dreymala, Brandee Grissett (Rob), Haylee Grissett and Kassee Creamer (Case).
In lieu of flowers, donations to Louis' high school alma mater, Tidehaven High School are greatly appreciated.
