With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jerre W. Mackey of Marion, Texas, born in Houston, Texas, who passed away on August 6, 2023 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Virginia Yax and Frederick Mackey. He is survived by: his daughters, Patricia Grisell, Tandy Mackey and Danielle Mackey. He is also survived by one brother, one sister, six grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to a firefighter's charity of their choice.
