We are sad to announce that on April 22, 2023, at the age of 81, Gailene A. Pence (Marion, Texas), born in Hardy, Arkansas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Gail Rikard and Thelma Rikard; her spouse Lonnie Pence; and her siblings-in-law, Ralph and Marian Pence.

She is survived by: her daughters, Jackie, Rhonda, Heidi (Daniel), Jessica and Lonna; her grandchildren, James Story, Kyle Schriewer (Stacy), Shawn Simpson, Kirk Story (Devin), Thelma Stegall (Chris), Amber Torres (Philip), Rachel Story and Leah Fulgium (Spencer); and her sister Nova McElwee (Jack). She is also survived by many brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, many nieces and nephews, and dear friends.

Memorial Donations may be made in memory of Gailene to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
