He is survived by: his wife Shelva Hood of Marietta, Texas; his children, Mark Hood (Christine) of Prosper, Sonya Bowen (Jeff) of Claxton and Kirk Stone of Marietta, Texas; his brothers, James Arthur Hood (Shari) of Seguin and Danny Hood (Patsy) of Sarepta, Louisiana; and his grandchildren, Chelsea Crouch, Dillon Hood, Jacob Hood, Katie Hastings, Brodie Bowen, Haleigh Stone, Hayden Stone and Holden Stone. He is also survived by three great-grandchildren; and a number of other relatives.
