With heavy hearts, we announce the death of John Travis Young of Marietta, Texas, born in Helena, Arkansas, who passed away on December 16, 2022 at the age of 75. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John Thomas Young and Maxcine Horn Young; his brother Rocky Young; his daughter Stacey Young; and his sister-in-law Ladonna Young.
He is survived by: his wife Diann Jones Young of Marietta, Texas; his sons, Scott Alan Smith of Marietta and Michael Young (Raina) of D'Lberville, Mississippi; his grandchildren, John M. Armstrong Young of Corona, Cash M. Young of D'lbervillle, Mississippi, Adreana Smith and Danielle Smith of Queen City, Texas; his great grandchild Christopher Smith; and his brother Jimmie Dale Young of McLeod. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
