He was predeceased by: his parents, Dora Mae Lockeby and J. T. Lockeby of Marietta; and his great grandchild Francesca Cordelia Brown. He is survived by: his siblings, Jesse Lockeby (Dixie) of Foreman, Robert "Cotton" Lockeby of Marietta, Henry "Sandy" Lockeby of Naples, Jimmy "Bo" Lockeby (Rosie) of Marion, Indiana, Freda Esch (Tom Esch) of Ashdown and Rita Foreman of Hughes Springs; his children, James Terry Lockeby, Jr. (Sarah) and Cora Zee Lockeby (Dennis Elmore); his grandchildren, Luther Lockeby, Logan Lockeby, Zoey Lockeby, Mattie Brown and Cecil Brown; and his great grandchild Connor Brown. He is also survived by uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
