We are sad to announce that on April 4, 2021, at the age of 77, Samuel Ratliff (Marble Falls, Texas) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, S. D. Ratliff and Lillian Ratliff; his wife Lari Jean Ratliff; his grandson Randall Hibler; his daughters, Teresa Skinner and Tammy Goodman; his grandsons, Robert Skinner and Dusty Hibler; and his great grandchildren, Carson Skinner, Ryan Skinner, Lain Hibler and Beau Hibler.
