It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Samuel Christopher Spiller (Marble Falls, Texas), born in Austin, Texas, who passed away on April 2, 2019, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Annie Marie Wolf Spiller and Gibbs Quesney Spiller; his daughters, Katherine Spiller Waddingham and Samantha Spiller; and his siblings, Katherine Franki, John Spiller, Dorris Spiller, James Spiller, Mary Lee Murray, Frank Spiller, Alice Dement and Tom Spiller.

He is survived by: his spouse Ellen Brubaker; his great grandchildren, Grace, Faith Pickerell, Jonathan David and Allyn Matthew Russell; and his sisters-in-law, Louise Spiller of Buda and Marcella Spiller of Johnson City. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
