He was predeceased by: his parents, Jean Stover and Robert L. Stover Sr.. He is survived by: his children, Charlie Frazier (Adrienne) and Madison Stover; his grandchildren, Kensley and Owen; his sister Betty Lou Daise (Gary); and his caregivers, Norma, John, Rebecca and Bobby. He is also survived by numerous cousins on both sides of his family.
