She was predeceased by: her husband Phillip Womack Sr.; her son Jeromy Womack; and her brother Tommy Gonzales. She is survived by: her children, Phillip Womack Jr., Robert Womack (Anna) and Justin Womack (Lacey); her grandchildren, Hailey Bramley (Jason), Sarah Womack, Cooper Womack, Justin Womack Jr. and Griffin Womack; and her great grandchild Elizabeth Nicole Bramley. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and many cousins.
