She was predeceased by: her parents, Ola Bell Justice (Chastain) and James Everett Justice; her grandparents, Lillie and Bill; her former husband Phillip Floyd Smith; her husband Bill Otte; and her sister Maggie Jo Rutherford.
She is survived by: her children, Carole Ward, Donna Bush, Cindy Smathers (Ken), Kim Otte (Mary), Ronnie Smith (Jenny) and Tanya Hickman (Tommy); her sister Lue Francis Angell (Rick); and her close friend Angel.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 28th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Highland Lakes Seventh-Day Adventist Church (6642 RM 1431, Granite Shoals, TX 78654). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, January 28th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
