He was predeceased by: his former wife Ann Minns; his parents, Wesley Kiker and Rena Sue Alverson Kiker; and his stepmother Lucy Kiker. He is survived by: his wife Neva Alexander Kemper; his children, Charles (Glenna Kiker), James (Lana Kiker), John (Ellen Kiker), Wesley (Janet Kiker), Katherine (Todd Keller) and Renee (Ed Murray); and his grandchildren, Andy Kiker, Lee Ann Deer, Tonya Thomas, Justin Kiker, Nolan Keller, Luke Keller, Grayson Deer, Bennett Deer, Landry Deer, Koraline Kiker and Keegan Leland Kiker.
