He is survived by: his wife Annette Virdell Ussery; his children, Lee Ussery, Jr., Lisa Gay Thurman (Brad) and Bubba Ussery (Betty); his stepchildren, Dr. Jim Roberson (Susan), Gena Schuessler (John), John Roberson (John Blackmon) and Jil Dillard (Lance); and his stepgrandchildren, Shea Ussery, Lane Thurman, Amanda Roberson (Patrick Cunningham), Chandler Schuessler (Vanessa Ramey), Dr. Audrey Roberson (Michael Mills), Dr. Caitlin Anderson (Nelson Anderson), Ethan Holland (Madison Ruffin) and Emily Holland (Jake Snyder). He is also survived by three great-grandchildren.
