He was predeceased by: his parents, Pete Campbell and Minnie Lee Campbell; his brother Stafford; and his son Jimmy. He is survived by: his wife Betty Jo Campbell (Kershaw); his brothers, John Allen (Bonnie) and Rick (Wooty); his brother-in-law Larry (Pat); his nephew Jason (Kay); and his daughter-in-law Deborah. He is also survived by six grandchildren and one great-granddaughter.
