She was predeceased by: her parents, Emma Wade and W. B. Wade; and her sister Elaine Hansen. She is survived by: her daughters, Wendy, Brandi and Julie; her husband W. T. Smith; her great grandchildren, Wendy, Stacy Flynn of Willis, TX, Brandi and Matt Banks; her sister-in-law Shirley Myers; and her nieces and nephews, Dannielle Everett, Penny McCarty, Debbie Sue Young, Diane Dyer, Robin Myers, Robbi Lauden and Ronnie Glover. She is also survived by daughters, sons-in-law, grandchildren.
