It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Edwin Laverne West (Marble Falls, Texas), born in San Antonio, Texas, who passed away on April 7, 2024, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Martin Theodore West and Mildred Cleo Duval; his brother Bennie West; and his grandchildren, Stacy and Jack Burke.
He is survived by: his children, Michael, Patrick (Karen), Gail Davalos (Rudy), David Marlin (Judy) and Kenneth Marlin (Pat); and his grandchildren, Marcus, Jacob, Christopher Thompson (Vanessa), Aubrey, Kevin (Heather), Eric (Kristen), Audry Trevino (Chris), Cheryl Russell (Adam), Jacque Leo and Jason Marlin. He is also survived by 25 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Church at Horseshoe Bay.
