He was predeceased by: his wife Minnie Laverne Rasco; his parents, James Rasco and Annie Rasco; his sisters, Hazel Pennington and Alma Lee Garbe; and his granddaughter Sommer Rasco.

He is survived by: his children, James Warren Rasco of North Bend, WA, Bobby Joe Rasco of Marble Falls, TX and Billie Jean Rasco of Denham Springs, LA. He is also survived by six grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
