He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Darr Ratliff and Jewel Rowe Ratliff. He is survived by: his children, Mindy, Billy and Sammy; his son-in-law Don; his children, Sarah, Megan, Peyton, Sabrina, Michael, Mitch, Amber, Colton, Carson and Cameron; his sister Bonnie Ratliff McClung; his brother-in-law Sid McClung; and also, Michael and Megan. He is also survived by his five children, 10 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren.
