She was predeceased by: her parents, Victor Cours and Ruth Cours; her spouse Jimmie Lane Counts; her children, Cathy Douglass and Matt Counts; her grandson Clayton Counts; and her brother Jimmie Cours.
She is survived by: her children, Carrie Wittliff (David), Connie Simmons (Clay), Vic Counts (Donna) and Cindy Jamar (Jerry); her children-in-law, Tom Douglass and Amy Counts; and her sisters, Vicki Bonner and Norma Russworm (James). She is also survived by 17 grandchildren, all her great and great-great grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
