She was predeceased by: her parents, Aubrey Ray and Beatrice Simmons; her son Val Musgraves; her daughter-in-law Lydia Gayle; and her siblings, Vivian Procopio, Betty McKown and Aubrey Ray.

She is survived by: her husband Wayne; and her brothers, Harland Simmons and Clay Simmons.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made to special Olympics in Audrey's memory.
