She was predeceased by: her parents, Jacob Hudson and Alta Green Hudson; her daughter Alta Helena Bruns Patterson; and her grandson Theodore Carl Bruns (Theodore Bruns). She is survived by: her husband Theodore C. "T. C." Bruns; her children, Tommy Carl Bruns, Karen Estella Ann Butler and Cheryl Katherine Maddux (Roy); and her grandchildren, Joan Maddux, Marcy Martinez, Ruth Mayoral (Beto), Tommi Vanrisseghem (Robert), Daniel Butler (Linda), Steven Maddux (Bridget) and Michael Scott Butler (Sarah). She is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great-grandchildren; and numerous nephews, nieces, and cousins.
A funeral service was held on Monday, February 10th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Clements Wilcox Funeral Home Chapel (1805 US-281, Marble Falls, TX 78654). A burial was held on Monday, February 10th 2025 at the Lakeland Hills Memorial Park (4219 Park Rd 4 S, Burnet, TX 78611).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Ovarian Cancer Research in Estella's memory.
