He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey and Henrietta; his stepfather Nicholas Volm; and his siblings, Nicholas Volm, Bill Volm and Nancy Lang.
He is survived by: his children, Kathleen Busse (Wayne), Steven Bloom (Robin) and Camille Schafer (Dean); his grandchildren, Aaron Busse (Dana) of St. Paul, MN, Andy Bloom (Kelly) of St. Paul, MN, Amy Cruz (Julio) of St. Paul, MN and Violet Schafer of St. Paul, MN; his great grandchildren, Marcos Cruz, Ava Busse, Owen Busse, Andres Cruz and Avery Bloom; his siblings, Tom Volm (Marilyn), Charlie Volm (Sharon) and Tillie Hugley; and his sister-in-law Ursula Volm (Bill). He is also survived by many extended family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be sent to St. Mary's School, St Mary's Church, or St. Anthony Spirituality Center.
