He is survived by: his pets, Blue and Sandy; his wife Pattie LaBeth; his children, Pamela LaBeth, Brandi Lyons, Carrie Thornton, Sherrie Thornton, Robert LaBeth and Johnny LaBeth; and his brother Jerry LaBeth. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren, numerous other relatives and friends.
