It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Victoria Ybarra Garza (Manvel, Texas), who passed away on November 6, 2018, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Manuel Sr and Leonora Ybarra Sr.; her former husband Charles M. Torres; her son Charlie Torres; and her sister Lucy Ramirez.
She is survived by: her husband Miguel Garza Jr.; her children, Ricky Torres, Alex Torres (Joanie), Stevie Torres, Alan Torres, Chris Torres (Laura), Michael Garza (Alanna), Sandra Soliz (Johnny), Sonia Buckelew (Steve), Cindy Gross (Pat) and Theresa Diaz; and her siblings, Manuel Ybarra Jr. (Maria), Beva Villarreal (Jesse), Mamie Garcia and Nora Flores (Henry).
Due to restrictions at the National Cemetery of only allowing three floral arrangements, the family strongly requests that donations be made in Vickie's honor to Sacred Heart of Jesus Catholic Church for the new tabernacle.
