With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Shirley Jean Rapp Hay (Manvel, Texas), born in Mount Victory, Ohio, who passed away on January 22, 2019 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Walter Rapp and Hazel Lauer Rapp; her sister Sharon Woodard of Mt. Victory, OH; her spouse Arnold Hay; her sons, Phillip, Greg and Cameron Hay; her sister Sandra Raibeg of Benson, AZ; and her friend Sacred Heart Catholic Church of Manvel, TX. She was also cherished by six grandchildren, three great grandchildren.
