She was predeceased by: her husbands, Paul E. Price and Austin G. Cox; her parents, Eula B. Hahn and James P. Moore; and her daughter Cynthia Thornhill.
She is survived by: her children, Ann Marie Price, Karen Sue White, Angela Mathews (Fred), Alvin Cox (Maria) and Robert Cox (Jeanette); her son-in-law Reggie Thornhill; her grandchildren, Sylvia Thornhill, John Thornhill, Lanette McCollister, Jillian Geery, Nikki Cox, Kelly White, Elida White, Brittany Danford, Thomas Cox and Lonnie Cox; and her close friend Mike Voyles. She is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
Margaret attended the University of Alabama, and received nurses training at Charity Hospital in New Orleans.
