She was predeceased by: her parents, Bervick Harris and Anna Capdevillie; her husband Mancel Rice Sr.; her siblings, James Harris and Margaret Allen; her son Mancel Rice Jr.; and her grandchildren, Raymond Petry Jr., Mancel Aaron Rice and Marcelle Petry.
She is survived by: her children, Annie Belle Small (Donald), Fenton Petry, Raymond Petry and Sharon Roberts (Frank). She is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren; as well as numerous nieces and nephews, family members and friends.
Due to Covid restrictions all are invited to a come and go Viewing on Saturday March 13, 2021 from 9:00 a. m. to 11:00 a. m. at New St. Phillip Baptist Church.
