He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Seddon Sr. and Pearl Seddon; his daughter Brenda Seddon; his brother Albert Valliere; his nephew Ronnie Rudell, Jr.; and his brother-in-law Jim Moses.

He is survived by: his siblings, Richard "Dick" Seddon of Trinity Texas, Jean Rudell of Amsterdam Texas and Jane Pennock of Manvel Texas; and his son Jesse "Scooter" Seddon III of Manvel, Texas. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and lifelong friends.
